Have you seen any of these badges next to someone’s name?
USP’s wear a pin symbolizing their status. Once a person is named to the Ultimate Service Provider Referral List, they are then awarded a USP pin at the next Annual USP Dinner Celebration, traditionally held every January. There is no automatic tenure as a USP and members must continually re-earn the right to remain in good standing. Ultimate Service is the second jewel in the Triple Crown. Dave Romeo Seminars Hall of Fame: This is the top honor awarded annually to two inductees who have used what they have learned, executed well, and achieved the most significant accomplishments. While not required, it is very rare for someone to be inducted into Dave Romeo Seminars Hall of Fame without first being named to the USP list and/or completing the Sales Academy. Inductees receive plaques commemorating their induction and category and have their names added to the Dave Romeo Seminars Hall of Fame Legacy Trophy. An asterisk after an inductee’s name designates Triple Crown status. Two asterisks after an inductee’s name designates Grand Slam status. The trophy is engraved with inspirational quotes and is quite large. It is designed to be lifted by two or more people, to symbolize that it is impossible to achieve this level of success all alone. Hall of Famers are inducted (without their prior knowledge) at the Dave Romeo Seminars Hall of Fame Awards Ceremony, held at the last seminar of the year one week before Thanksgiving Day. The motto of the Dave Romeo Seminars Hall of Fame is “To whom much is given, much is expected.” This is the third jewel in the Triple Crown and the most respected honor of the three. The Top Ten: The Top Ten All-time Attendees are recognized for their serious commitment and dedication to lifelong learning. Currently, all Top Ten Attendees have attended more than 40 different Dave Romeo seminars. Duplicates and repeats are counted in this standing. While not an official ranking, attendance often helps identify likely future Dave Romeo Seminar Hall of Fame inductees. A celebration is held each year following the Dave Romeo Seminar Hall of Fame seminar where the Top Ten All-Time Attendees are invited to enjoy a chocolate celebration and focus group to improve the seminars. Knowledge Sponge: This term affectionately refers to people who enjoy coming to Dave Romeo seminars over and over again. While can refer to almost any client, significance is bestowed upon knowledge sponges once they attend 20 or more Dave Romeo seminars. “Inner Circle Knowledge Sponges” refer to the core group of people who actively participate in many community activities including field trips, focus groups, fund raisers, and celebrations. The Aristocracy: This term is meant to include any and all of the above categories of die-hard people who support and enjoy being part of the Dave Romeo Seminars community. |
